Intraco Refueling Station PLC

Intraco Refueling Station Limited (IRSL) began in 2007 with a small CNG refueling station in Chandpur. It has since expanded to operate three owned stations and control five subsidiary stations. Diversifying into LPG, IRSL acquired an LPG cylinder manufacturing factory in Cumilla, set to commence operations in 2024. Initially registered as a private company, IRSL became a public limited company in 2015 and was renamed IRSPLC in 2023. Listed on the Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchanges in 2018, the company manages ten CNG stations under various gas distribution companies, with an authorized capital of Tk. 1,500 million and a paid-up capital of Tk. 982.32 million.
